candidates in a scientific manner which in turn helps him to retrieve
the same quickly and with the minimum of effort. It alos assists a placement
agency to serve its client in more professional manner by searching
for him the best available candidate based on the specified criteria.
SoftPlace has only ONE screen from which all recruiting functions are
performed. The most significant feature about SoftPlace is its Query
architecture. Every field visible is able to be used in a query for

that can be retrieved is infinite, virtually eliminating the need for
